Local end of tenancy carpet cleaning in Oakwood
Oakwood sits between Roundhay Park and Gledhow, centred on the Oakwood Clock and the shops along Oakwood Parade. Flats above the shops and terraces off Roundhay Road are often rented, so we clean regularly for tenants and landlords here.
Moving out is the one time the carpet gets looked at properly. We clean every room, the stairs and landings, treat the usual marks from furniture, drinks and footfall, and leave the carpets dry enough for the inspection or the next tenants.
It's a mix of Edwardian terraces and semis, through terraces off Roundhay Road and flats above the shops, with lots of families and long term homeowners.
Roads around the Oakwood Clock and the Parade get busy at peak times, so we plan arrival times to avoid the worst of it.
If you rent, it's worth reading up on how tenancy deposit protection works on GOV.UK before your check out.
